Nutritional Therapy - What to expectPrior to the initial consultation you will be posted a questionnaire enquiring about your health history along with a food diary to complete. You will be asked to return this to the Nutritional Therapist before your consultation. The initial consultation will last approximately an hour. This testing can include:
The initial consultation is followed with a detailed assessment and plan including recommendations, a tailored meal plan if desired, with recipes, and any recommended supplementation. A follow-up consultation is scheduled approximately six weeks after your initial consultation. This allows time for changes to become embedded and the initial effects of any dietary changes seen. During this consultation your progress will be assessed and any necessary changes made to your programme.
