We regularly receive correspondence and requests from individuals who want to know more about careers in Sports Medicine and/or want to sit-in on sessions with our specialists. Unfortunately, in most cases we are unable to meet these requests.
We will however be offering the opportunity to 2 students to have a 3 day placement in the summer, between June and August. Each placement will take place in either our City or Kensington clinic. The successful applicant must be an A-level student with an interest in pursuing either Physiotherapy or Sports Medicine as a career, and currently exhibiting the academic record to support this as a career option. If you would like to apply, please submit your CV together with a short covering letter expressing why you wish to pursue this career to clive.pereira@puresportsmed.com. All applicants will be contacted in April and the successful candidates will be invited to take up the placement later in the summer at a mutually agreed date.
In the past we have offered to hold mini-conferences every 6 months to discuss careers and opportunities in Sports Medicine. We currently do not have any plans to do so in the future, however if the demand increases we will look to hold such events. All students and families would be welcome.
