Threadneedle Street's Testimonials
'Before deciding to climb to the top of Mount Everest in early 2009, I had never been to see a Performance Coach. I did not know what I was missing in life. David Smith's coaching over 12 months was vital to my overall success on the mountain.
The added value of Pure Sports Medicine is that Performance Coaches can talk to the Physios, who talk to the Massage Therapists, who talk to the Nutritionist, who talk to any other specialists you need to help you achieve your goals. They listen to your needs and adjust programs, suggestions, exercises and treatments to what suits your lifestyle, tolerance for pain and the level of support you need. I have been training with Pure Sports Medicine for last 3 years and I will certainly keep going. Highly recommended.'

'My experience with Pure Sports Medicine has been first class from the moment I began treatment. The service is a 360 degree approach that covered all aspects of my sporting health.
I first came to Pure with an injury that I gained training for the NY Marathon (my first). I expected that I would need to pull out of the event but the Pure Sports physicians not only worked on my recovery but also planned step by step my approach to competing in the race. They covered diet, alternative training techniques, race planning, post race conditioning/recovery and also a number of invaluable lifestyle pointers.
The service you get at Pure Sports is something that I have never experienced in other Sports Medicine Practices (unfortunately I have been to a few). The combination of expertise, professionalism and genuine compassion makes them both unique and first class.'

'Helpful, methodical, friendly, energetic, and most importantly effective. As a City worker and social rugby player Pure Sports’ Threadneedle clinic has been the worthy recipient of my (all too frequent) ailments. The treatment received for each of these complaints has been absolutely first-rate and in all my experience of remedial therapy over the years, unparalleled. I have had the pleasure of meeting and receiving treatment from the vast majority of the practitioners within the Threadneedle clinic and it is the way the team of Sports Docs, Podiatrists, Physio’s and Physical Trainers collaborate to ensure your successful recovery that sets this place apart. I can, and regularly do, offer my wholehearted endorsement of the entire Pure Sports team.'

Back in September things weren’t looking too good. I had injured my knee, walking was painful and skiing was not an option. After seeing the Doctor at Pure and then having an intensive programme of physio with Sinead, I was able to have a great time heliskiing in Canada. If only you guys could improve my ski technique!

I was referred by Orthopaedic Surgeon Sam Singh at London Bridge Hospital to Pure Sports Medicine, Threadneedle Street, for physiotherapy on my ankle which had achilles tendonitis. I have been seeing Physiotherapist Jemma Watson there since September last year. The physio I've had has been first class and has created a dramatic improvement in my ankle. I am back to running regularly and shortly will be playing squash again. During this period I have been welcomed to use as much as I wanted of the excellent gym equipment at Pure. I would have no hesitation in recommending Jemma and Pure to anyone needing physio and rehabilitation from muscle and joint injuries
