Yoga improves flexibility, strengthens and lengthens muscles, prevents postural imbalances, and improves muscle co-ordination and stability. Yoga can be used to assist athletes and non-athletes in their rehabilitation, and we highly recommend it to everyone.
Our Yoga classes are taught by Rebecca Tung, a yoga teacher with over 12 years experience. Each class begins at a basic level and Rebecca will work along side you as you improve. We keep our classes very small, with only 6 people, as we feel this gives you a focused and in-depth approach.
Rebecca also offers one-to-one Yoga tuition for those that would prefer to work alone in a very focused environment. Rebecca’s Yoga classes at Pure Sports Medicine currently take place at our Threadneedle Street Clinic, every Tuesday from 1pm to 2pm.
