Our Pilates classes are taught by our Physiotherapists and aim to assist you with your treatment and rehabilitation. Your Physiotherapist will work closely with you to ensure that you get the best from Pilates, improving your ‘core’ strength, posture, flexibility and co-ordination.
We can highly recommend Pilates to everyone, but we have found that it is particularly beneficial to those who are: post surgical, have long term lower back pain, have postural related back or neck pain, want to tone up, suffer with pregnancy related problems, and those who want to increase strength for sports.
We have a number of different classes to suit those of different abilities, from beginner to an advanced level. It is possible to progress through these categories as your strength improves. Our Physiotherapists will speak to you before you begin Pilates to ensure they provide exercises that will benefit you and your specific needs.
