Performance Coaching

The objective of our Performance Coaches, or ‘Strength and Conditioning Trainers', is to optimise performance by enhancing your strength, speed, power, endurance, flexibility, agility and control. Strength and conditioning programs are critical in improving performance and play a key role in preventing and rehabilitating injuries.

Our Performance Coaches work with elite athletes, however, the principles of high performance training as applied at the elite level can be just as effective for the general population irrespective of their athletic prowess. We have footballers, for instance, who play in the Premiership, but we also have many individuals who play once a week at the local park. Whilst there are many differences, they also have a great deal in common: they love to play, and they want to do it as well as they can, for as long as they can.

Our Performance Coaches will provide you with a periodised plan, tailored to your weaknesses and inefficiencies to provide a better balance to your training. They detail exactly what is needed in terms of duration, frequency and intensities for each component of your training, and through regular contact they will provide a constant and complete support network to help you thrive and make the most of your limited time. A lot of our clients travel extensively and we make sure they know exactly what is needed to keep their training on track or to limit any losses.
